STEM marketing agency organized an outdoor teambuilding event for one of the Russian Microsoft departments. Such meetings are held regularly twice a year, in summer and in winter, and are traditionally the most important events in the life of the department. This summer Microsoft specialists had visited Yaroslavl where they participated in a unique two-days’ project. The team members had to get involved in the program straight after getting on a train. Their carriage became a kind of venue and the teambuilding began right in the train.
The business part of the event was dedicated to summarizing the results of the financial year and to awarding the best workers.
The non-official part was devoted to sports, leisure, informal socializing and included entertainments for any taste: excursions in the old city, conveying the Old Russian atmosphere of Yaroslavl, contemporary quests, workshops, competitions.
